Desk Software is free and transactional: Floweal only earns a fee when something is booked. Desk Software Enterprise adds a dedicated Account Manager, 24/7 support, the visa module, AI agents, integrations, white-label and SLA, priced as setup plus a custom MRR. Desk Concierge is a separate offering, custom-priced per project, where Floweal takes over the logistics as a single point of accountability.
